Return Policy for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items, Lost Packages, and Wrong/Unclaimed Addresses

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items

  • You must submit claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • If your claim is approved, we will send you a return label at no cost.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Lost Packages

  • You must submit claims for lost packages within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • If your claim is approved, we will investigate the issue with the courier and issue a refund or replacement if necessary.

Wrong Addresses

  • If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Unclaimed Packages

  • If a package is unclaimed and returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment or the package will be donated to charity after 30 days.

  • To ensure a smooth return process, we can only accept returns for misprinted, damaged or defective items due to our shipping fulfillment partnership. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
